Both parties agree that the tractor or other farm equipment is sold in its as is condition and seller waives all rights or claims of ownership to the tractor or other farm equipment.  Seller/s also agrees that no other party or parties' have/has any leins, claims, or encumbrances against the described tractor and other farm equipment and that the seller has the sole right to sell or trade the above described tractor.  Both parties of said transaction (buyer and seller) agree to assume all responsibilities required by state and federal law to complete each parties responsibilities in transferring ownership documents, titles, etc..  Buyer shall assume all future responsibility for the described tractor or other farm equipment, i.e.; maintenance, repairs, registration and/or upkeep of the describe tractor or other farm equipment. Seller guarantees that the tractors or equipment upon arrival to be as described.
